It’s quite simple. We’ll put sold out if your item isn’t available for purchase. Our system removes a product off display if we run out of it. We do this to expedite, simplify, and enhance your purchasing experience.

You can currently purchase in smaller orders, but we are deciding if we will sell in case numbers and box quantities after observing that some of our customers prefer to test little amounts of a particular product before buying a lot of it.

  • Step 1: Add products to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button next to the items you wish to buy.
  • Step 2: Click the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” link in the middle of the page.
  • Step 3: Enter the state and zip code of the delivery location.
  • Step 4: Checkout Page will display your estimates shipping cost.

Orders are shipped quickly by Mutantmunition.com. Unfortunately, weekends and holidays are not days that we can ship. The following business day will typically be used to mail all orders that were placed on the weekend, or on a holiday. When there is a large volume of orders, these general guidelines are not applicable. In this instance, we still have your order and will send it to you right away.

You will get two emails from Mutant Munition. Your order confirmation number will be included in the first email you receive after placing your order, which will be forwarded to you instantly. Once your order has been sent, you will then receive a follow-up email with a tracking number for your delivery. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t gotten either of the two emails indicated above. Send an email to [email protected] if you don’t see anything in your spam folder.

If you registered on our website, login to check in to see the most recent details about your order. You can also input your tracking number on the official website of your carrier company (such as FedEx or UPS) if you didn’t register on our site.

Sorry, but our warehouse is not set up to process walk-in orders or pickups. YET!

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, kindly contact us at [email protected]. Our team will offer choices and directions for processing your return if the cause for the return is acceptable under our return policy. Our staff will, at our sole discretion, provide you with a refund once your returned item has been received at our warehouse and has been examined by our product specialists.
